Ivo Koytchev Studios provides a real twist to the traditional decorative/faux finishing process – we perform the entire process from beginning to end. This includes preparation, restoration, base coats, and protective overcoats as needed. In addition, our great project management, product knowledge, and skilled craftsmen are incorporated into all phases of the project. A typical decorative painting project includes a separate painting contractor and an independent decorative painter. That process introduces inherent problems with scheduling, sequencing, insufficient preparation quality, and lack of responsibility. At Ivo Koytchev Studios, we deliver a smooth process and gorgeous finishes on schedule.
